TV Ratings 2/7/17: SHIELD and O'Neals Rise While Many Shows Dip (UPDATED)

Tuesday night was the first "regular" Tuesday night in awhile, with the return of ABC's comedy block, CBS, New Girl, and This Is Us. CBS' NCIS and New Orleans returned down, while Bull was steady. On ABC, The Middle as down, while The Real O'Neals and SHIELD rose. Over on the CW, The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow stayed steady. Fox's New Girl was steady, while The Mick and Bones dropped a bit. On NBC, The Wall fell a tenth while its lead-out was a lower than usual This Is Us. Chicago Fire took a dip.
