All I had to do was read e-mail this morning to get a rant started..ain't that charmin'...just take a look at this BIT OF NANNY STATE nonsense:

"New Yorkers who blithely cross the street listening to an iPod or talking on a cell phone could soon face a $100 fine."

The way I look at they ought to fine them $100 dollars just for living in NY City..especially if a dumbass bill like this passes.

"Government has an obligation to protect its citizenry,"

Yeah senator, the government does have an obligation to protect is citizenry..but not to protect the citizenry from itself..and keep in mind that citizenry has a right AND an obligation to protect itself from government such as you.. so New York State Sen. Carl Kruger, towards that end I am presenting you with an OFFICIAL PAIN IN THE ASS medal. Wear it with pride you asshole.
